- Returns & Replacements
- You may return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are non refundable. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, or menthol crystals for hygienic reasons and therefore it is non refundable. If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you purchased a starter kit for $54.95 and received free shipping, we will issue a refund for $54.95 - $4.95 (The $4.95 was the cost to ship to you, this may be higher depending on the weight of the shipment). All shipping costs are non refundable. If you would like to return a product for a refund, please contact us immediately. Please provide as many details as possible, including Order number, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and reason for the return.
- Ordering
- Simply browse through our online catalogue and click on products that interest you. If you would like to purchase a product, simply specify the number of units you would like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button. You will then be redirected to your shopping cart which displays all of the products you have added to your cart or to vendor site respectively. If you would like to proceed to checkout and pay for your item(s), click the "Checkout" button and you will then be directed to the three step secure payment procedure. After completing the payment, you will receive a detailed order invoice in your registered email account.

- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may also pay by Postal Money Order.

- You will receive detailed tracking information within 24 hours of order placement (Not including weekends and holidays)
